Sholtis Labs is officially a company

We formed Sholtis Labs, LLC in the state of Maryland. What started as a collection of personal AI projects is now a real company - with a legal entity, a name, and a clear direction.

Why we did it

For a while, everything we built existed in a gray area - functional, running in production, but without a formal business behind it. As the products grew and conversations with potential clients got more serious, it became clear: we needed to be a real company.

Forming the LLC also means we can sign contracts, protect our work, and operate professionally. It's a small step administratively, but an important one.

What Sholtis Labs is

We build autonomous AI software - systems that monitor, analyze, and act without a human in the loop. Our products run around the clock across weather prediction, retail security, financial markets, sports analysis, and intelligence gathering.

We don't build tools that help humans do things faster. We build systems that do things on their own.

What comes next
